Do you love to indulge in self-care? Then this body scrub is for you. Making a total of 2 1/3 cups, this DIY scrub recipe will allow you to exfoliate your skin in the bath or shower. The base of the scrub can be made from either Epsom salts or sugar, depending on whether you want a large or fine grain. We recommend using food color to tint the scrubs to match the scents you choose—pink for grapefruit, for example, or green for eucalyptus.
