Our red sangria recipe is a delicious make-ahead party drink. Strawberries, grapefruit, and lime are macerated in sugar, an orange liqueur like Cointreau or Triple Sec, and either vodka or tequila (your choice!). This boozy mixture needs at least four hours for the flavors to mingle, but you can make it up to a day ahead, a boon when you're hosting. When it’s time to serve, simply divide the macerated fruits and sangria mixture between serving glasses and top off with dry red wine. Add a splash of seltzer to each glass if you like. It's that easy—and so good.
