Buying Cherry Tomatoes

When choosing cherry tomatoes, opt for unbruised fruits with no visible wrinkles or squished spots; these are all signs that the tomatoes are past their peak. 

Storing

Cherry tomatoes are at their best when stored at room temperature; when refrigerated, they start to lose their flavor, and their texture is affected. If you have some cherry tomatoes that might get soft or overripe before you can use them, store them in the refrigerator to extend their life by a day or two.
