Crispy Roasted Cauliflower

This healthy snack you can make ahead and have a container handy when you are on-the-go.

Ingredients

  • ½ head cauliflower florets

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Coarse salt

  • Red chile flakes

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. On a rimmed baking sheet, drizzle cauliflower florets with olive oil. Season with salt. Roast, turning occasionally, until golden brown and just tender, about 20 minutes.

  3. Sprinkle with red chili flakes.
