The ground beef products were sold at Walmart locations nationwide and produced on April 26 to 27. They were sold in both 1.33-pound and 2.75-pound plastic-wrapped trays. In total, six products are included in the recall with various lot codes and the establishment number EST. 86P, which can be found on the back of the label. Coli Outbreak—Here's What You Need to Know Per FSIS, there have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products, but anyone concerned about illness should contact a healthcare provider. E. coli is a bacterium that can cause dehydration, diarrhea, and abdominal cramps about two to eight days after exposure. The government agency is concerned that some recalled product may be in consumers' refrigerators or freezers.
