You don't need to wait for peach season to make this irresistible peach sherbet. It uses frozen peaches and sweetened condensed milk. Those two ingredients are blended together (no ice cream machine needed) and can be enjoyed immediately as a soft serve-style treat—or frozen in a loaf pan for a scoopable dessert.

Ingredients

  • 6 large , ripe peaches

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

Directions

  1. Peel and slice peaches, then freeze until firm. Blend with condensed milk (in batches, if necessary) until creamy and smooth. Eat immediately soft-serve-style, or freeze in a loaf pan up to 3 days.
