These cheerful frosted cupcakes are just the treat to brighten up everything from a Mother's Day brunch to a bridal shower tea party. To decorate, our Swiss Meringue Buttercream is tinted yellow and piped along the edges of your favorite flavor cupcake to create the delicate flower petals, while chocolate-covered sunflower seeds form the centers.
