Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar

  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

  • 2 cups sliced strawberries (8 ounces)

  • ¼ cup roasted tamari or salted almonds, coarsely chopped

  • 3 ounces feta, crumbled (¾ cup)

Directions

  1. Toast sesame seeds in a small skillet over medium-high heat, shaking frequently, until fragrant and golden brown, 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate; let cool.

  2. Meanwhile, whisk together oil and vinegar in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add watercress, strawberries, almonds, sesame seeds, and feta. Toss gently to combine; season to taste. Serve immediately.
