Salmon is one of our favorite proteins, and these baked salmon recipes are our go-to dishes. Some are fast weeknight dinners; others are impressive entrees for when company is coming. Why is baking salmon such a good idea? The oven is less likely to dry out the fish than searing it on the stovetop. It's also hands-off; no stirring or turning is needed. You're free to prep the rest of dinner or tackle other chores in the short time the salmon takes to bake.
